I had a wonderful stay in this cozy and well-equipped apartment.

The building is quiet and clean, with lots of fantastic extra facilities, and it's in a great location. Everything was just as described, and the site team was kind and responsive.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Having lived in several different dorms before, I can confidently say that Lumis is truly outstanding and the biggest reason is the incredible administrative team. They are always there for you, genuinely kind, and incredibly supportive. Their presence brings a sense of security and warmth that makes all the difference.

The residence itself is beautiful and impressively modern, with thoughtfully designed spaces for every need — from quiet study rooms to inviting lounges and vibrant common areas. Everything is well-maintained and full of character.

What sets Lumis apart is not just the facilities, but the atmosphere. Thanks to the amazing team and the thoughtful environment, you don’t just live here you feel at home.

Living at Lumis Leipzig has been a fantastic experience!

The studios are modern, well-furnished, and have everything I need, from a private kitchenette to a comfortable study space. The communal areas, especially the fitness room and study lounges, make it easy to balance work and relaxation. The location is perfect—just a short walk to university and close to public transport. The community events and social spaces have also helped me meet new people.

Overall, it’s a great place to live, with a perfect mix of privacy and social life!

Lumis is not only an aesthetically pleasing accommodation, but the management behind it are phenomenal as well.

Any time I have had an issue whether it be a quick maintenance fix or support - things were solved very quickly and efficiently.

Ich habe immer einen fantastischen Service von den Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption, dem Sicherheits- und Wartungspersonal von Lumis erhalten. Einer der Hauptvorteile von Lumis ist die 24-Stunden-Hilfe vor Ort, auch an Feiertagen. Sie gibt Ihnen die nötige Sicherheit, falls einmal etwas schief gehen sollte.

Das Personal an der Rezeption war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Belangen, einschließlich der Zeit, als ich eine Geburtstagskarte von ihnen bekommen habe!

Lumis ist die einzige zentrale Unterkunft mit Parkplatz, was in meinen 6 Jahren hier absolut unverzichtbar war, und mein Auto war immer sicher.“

Der Raum ist perfekt für mich, mit allem, was ich für eine gute Mischung aus Lernen und Entspannung brauche. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche (Billardtische, Waschküche usw.) sind gut gepflegt und sauber.

Die Mitarbeiter waren immer nett zu mir, wenn ich sie sehe, und ich bin besonders dankbar dafür, dass sie mich beim Namen kennen, was jedem, wenn ich an der Rezeption vorbeigehe, eine persönliche Note verleiht.

Wenn ich nächstes Jahr ein Aufbaustudium beginnen werde, muss ich nicht weiter suchen, als wieder bei Lumis zu übernachten. Die Lage ist wirklich großartig und die Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum ist perfekt

Die Zimmer hier sind extrem erschwinglich, geräumig und bieten fast alle Annehmlichkeiten im Vergleich zu anderen Unterkünften, und ich war in allen. Das Management und die Rezeption hier sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einmal habe ich ein Problem angesprochen und es wurde innerhalb weniger Stunden gelöst. Daher würde ich Lumis auf jeden Fall empfehlen, um Ihr Studentenleben zu bereichern.“
