You have all the places and spaces you need to make friends quickly, and find your community. The accommodation is designed to give you the best blend of fun, learning and wellbeing support that helps you feel at home while you’re at university.
All of our rooms are bright, spacious and modern. Each room comes fitted out with quality furnishings, to give you the homely feel - not the typical ‘studenty’ vibe.
The rent is all-inclusive, and covers utility bills and essential amenities. If anything goes wrong, there’s on-site maintenance on hand to fix it without delay.
And the reception desk is manned 9:00 – 17:00 to keep you safe. Outside of those hours, we have a security officer on patrol.

We’ve been doing this since 2017 and we have various locations across Europe. In that time, we’ve refined our accommodation so that it meets the dynamic needs of students. From safe, quiet spaces to relax and learn, to upbeat communal spaces to play and socialise, there’s a space for every mood you’re in that day.
Our buildings are not just accommodation blocks; they’re a catalyst for community. We create spaces that encourage fun and forge friendships.
But our very top priority is your safety and comfort. That’s why you’ll find on-site maintenance people, who fix any problem without delay, and we have security officers who are vigilant for your safety.
We’re not a faceless developer, like many other private rental providers. You’ll interact with a designated representative from your first enquiry to the time you decide to move out. Our Welcome Team will be on hand when you move in, to help you settle in and find your way around.
No need to rely on public transport for getting to and from your lectures.
We’re just a short walk from the university so you can be on time for every lecture, seminar and lab session.
When you’re back at the block, we have various study spaces to support your learning. You’ll have a desk in your room if you want to study alone, or you can pop to a communal study space if you find it easier to focus with friends.
