I had a wonderful stay in this cozy and well-equipped apartment.

The building is quiet and clean, with lots of fantastic extra facilities, and it's in a great location. Everything was just as described, and the site team was kind and responsive.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Having lived in several different dorms before, I can confidently say that Lumis is truly outstanding and the biggest reason is the incredible administrative team. They are always there for you, genuinely kind, and incredibly supportive. Their presence brings a sense of security and warmth that makes all the difference.

The residence itself is beautiful and impressively modern, with thoughtfully designed spaces for every need — from quiet study rooms to inviting lounges and vibrant common areas. Everything is well-maintained and full of character.

Living at Lumis Leipzig has been a fantastic experience!

The studios are modern, well-furnished, and have everything I need, from a private kitchenette to a comfortable study space. The communal areas, especially the fitness room and study lounges, make it easy to balance work and relaxation. The location is perfect—just a short walk to university and close to public transport. The community events and social spaces have also helped me meet new people.

Overall, it’s a great place to live, with a perfect mix of privacy and social life!

Lumis is not only an aesthetically pleasing accommodation, but the management behind it are phenomenal as well.

Any time I have had an issue whether it be a quick maintenance fix or support - things were solved very quickly and efficiently.

I have always received fantastic service from the reception, security and maintenance staff at Lumis. One of the main benefits at Lumis is the 24 hour on-site help, even on national holidays, it gives you that safety if something were ever to go wrong.

The reception staff have always been friendly and helpful in all aspects, including the time I got a birthday card from them!

Lumis is the only central accommodation with parking which has been absolutely essential across my 6 years here, and my car has always been secure.”

The space is perfect for me, with everything I need in order to have a good mix of study and relaxation. The communal areas (pool tables, laundry room etc) are well kept, clean spaces.

The staff have always been lovely to me whenever I see them, and I am particularly grateful for the fact that they know me by name, adding a personal touch to every time I walk past reception.

If I will be taking post-graduate studies next year, I won’t need to look further than staying at Lumis again. The locations are really great, and access to the city centre is perfect
